The workshop starts on Monday, July 20, 2:00 PM and ends on Friday, July 24, at approximately 12:00.
*Registration is with Elke Körner on the fourth floor, office 402.
**KK-BBQ: There will be a barbecue on Thursday evening which will take placce in the garden of the "SFB-building", Hittorfstrasse 27. Hittorfstrasse is a street which starts right across Einsteinstrasse opposite the Math Department. Hittorfstrasse 27 will be 250 m down the street on your right-hand side.
There are some departmental activities which you might find interesting: On Wednesday afternoon there will be no talks as a graduation ceremony (PhD) of our department starts at 2:15 PM. Moreover, there is a Habilitation lecture (in German) by Roman Sauer on Wednesday, 11:15 AM in M5. This is, of course, not part of the workshop, but some of the participants might want to attend this lecture, the title of which is "Struktur und Zufälligkeit: Der Satz von Szemerédi". On Thursday afternoon, there is the weekly colloquium of the department; this week Gerhard Huisken (Max-Planck-Institut für Gravitationsphysik) will speak about "Isoperimetrische Ungleichung und Masse in der Allgemeinen Relativitätstheorie".
NOTE: In an earlier version of this document it said that the workshop will start Monday morning. Because many speakers plan to arrive on Monday we changed our plans.
